Costin Taracila named Managing Partner of RTPR

Costin Taracila is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and the capital market. He assisted in the initial public offering and listing of the Transgaz company, the acquisition of Romexterra Bank by Hungarian MKB Bank, and the privatization of Electrica Muntenia Sud.
