Facelifted Audi A6 launched in Romania

Porsche Romania, the general importer of the Audi brand in Romania, launched the new Audi A6 premium model on Thursday, available in the sedan and station wagon versions.

The company expects to sell some 370 units this year, of which 100 of the new version. Next year's sales target is 400 units.

The total demand for all Audi models in 2008 is 2,900-3,000 units, which is also the target for 2009.

Last year, Audi sales on the Romanian market rose 49 percent year-on-year. In the first eight months of 2008, sales increased 9.7 percent, up to 2,012 units. (M.S.)
