The Romanian leasing market could register a 25 percent decline in financing volume next year, compared to 2008, especially due to fewer deals on the real estate and auto sectors, according to the President of MKB Romexterra Leasing, Cornel Constantinescu, for NewsIn agency.
A revival could be registered in the second quarter of 2009, he added. Leasing contracts will be signed, but not for very large amounts, so the financing volume is likely to be 25-30 percent lower compared to 2008, Constantinescu said. (NewsIn)
