Private pension funds assets total €15 mln

The assets of Romania's eight funds operating on the private pensions market (Pillar III of the local pensions system) totalled RON 53.46 million (€15.04 mln) in August, 13.4 percent higher month-on-month.

The eight pension funds secured a total 121, 409 subscribers, according to the Commission Supervising the Private Pensions System (CSSPP).

The funds operating on the market are ING Clasic and ING Optim (managed by ING Asigurari de Viata), BCR Prudent (managed by BCR Asigurari de Viata), Pensia Mea (managed by Aviva Asigurari de Viata), AZT Moderato and AZT Vivace (managed by Allianz-Tiriac Fond de Pensii Facultative), OTP Strateg (managed by OTP Garancia Asigurari) and Raiffeisen Acumulare (SAI Raiffeisen Asset Management).
