Liviu Faur, Business Development Manager of the HR Trenkwalder Sobis consultancy company, said that “on the workers’ market, we find ourselves in a situation in which the “crisis” has cut the number of unskilled workers, but failed to cover the need for “ultra-skilled” workers, such as electricians and welders.”
