"The ideal option is a finished house because this way all problems related to finishing the house are avoided, but we must consider additional costs related to facilities and finishings. People looking for something less expensive can choose a partly finished home, which they can later finish in keeping with their own taste. Normally, a partly finished house should cost some 50 percent less than a finished one, as the latter is completely finished and any problems related to any type of equipment are already solved," Andreea Manea, Adviser of the residential department of the EuroMetropola company, told NewsIn.

According to EuroMetropola analysts, most Romanians prefer to acquire a finished home because then as new owner all that is left is to furnish it. However, purchasing a finished house means one has to have more money available, compared to a partly finished house. (NewsIn)
