The rise in sales will be boosted by merging distribution networks and demand for construction materials on the market, according to company officials.
"The target established for this year is to increase Bengoss business, from €8.6 million to €12 million and, on the other hand, dufa sales will amount to €38 million," the company’s Marketing Manager, Gabriel Enache, told Business Standard.
Besides merging distribution networks, the two companies will have separate operations and a merger of dufa Deutek and Bengoss was not considered so far.
Enache said the company will invest some €3 million this year to modernize Bengoss production lines.
