Over 700 apartments have already been sold. The residential project includes 11 buildings and 1,100 parking spaces. GTC is also developing the Felicity residential project, which includes 1,179 apartments, of which 500 have already been acquired.
GTC has been active in Romania since 1999. The company’s portfolio, valuated at over €600 million, includes 12 projects. GTC is controlled by the Israeli Kardan group, and has projects in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Serbia, and Croatia.
