“Several state institutions are participating in the design of the bond issue brochure, coordinated by the Ministry of Finance, making communication between them vital. This is why experience gained in the previous issues is important, especially the one last year,” according to a declaration for Business Standard by Adrian Bulboaca, Partner of the Romanian law firm, who, together with Managing Associate Razvan Stoicescu, will lead the 7-8 attorney team.
Slaughter&May, part of the famous Magic Circle of the five largest London law firms, will have a team for this job made up of 4-5 attorneys. This same consortium provided advisory services to the Romanian state last year.
Adrian Bulboaca has extensive experience with London law firms, with the firm he is running a spin-off at the beginning of 2007 of the local office of the British Linklaters firm, another member of the Magic Circle.
The issue, the largest loan contracted by the Romanian state, could be launched at the end of this year or the beginning of 2010.
