The company managed to overcome the difficult economic situation by attracting 269,000 new clients in the third quarter, according to the financial report of the OTE mother-group. The local operator registered a 24 percent increase in revenues in Q3 alone, to €107.4 mln.

This growth rate was supported by the expansion of store networks in the two countries, mainly due to the takeover of the La Fourmi and Prodas supermarket chains in Romania in 2008 and 2009, respectively.
