The 100 pre-contracts signed translate into an average two deals per stand, according to Adrian Bercea, the General Manager of BDOBC, the fair organizer. “Although actual sales were low, participants gathered files and filed of contacts, some ran out of brochures and business cards,” he added.

The number of visitors was also above expectations. Some 10,900 people came to the fair in the first three days. By the evening of February 10, when the exhibition is closed, the number of visitors is expected to reach 14,000. Another feature of TNI is that fewer real estate agencies participated this year, compared to the previous editions, as most developers decided to promote residential projects by themselves. Furthermore, many developers came up with financing solutions for the apartments, while others announced significant discounts or bonuses.

Some 6,000 apartments, with prices between €40,000 and €1.2 million were presented at TNI.
