A real estate agency selling exotic islands in Romania

The owner of an undeveloped island can build a two-bedroom home with utilities for an investment worth €136,000.

“In popular spots, such as Belize or Bahamas, the investment is recovered 100 percent in one year,” said Coldwell Banker’s representative. The cheapest island are in the Cook Islands, in the South Pacific, while the most expensive is in Bora Bora.
“The company has already sold an island in the Caribbean,” according to a Coldwell Banker press release.
