“Expanding the team is motivated by the current abilities of Adobe Romania, which has proven to be the Adobe’s web development expertise center,” Delia Blajan, Human Resource (HR) Manager of Adobe Romania, told Business Standard.
Jobs available include the following positions: Junior International Engineer within the Globalization Team, Junior and Senior Software Developer within the Web Infrastructure Team, Software Development Manager and Senior Web Developer within Adobe Saas Infrastructure, Security Research Engineer – Adobe Secure Software Engineering Team.
According to Blajan, personnel turnover within the company approaches zero. Adobe Systems Romania currently has 107 employees, plus six interns part of the Graduate Diploma Program.
The measures taken by Adobe Romania to cut costs during the crisis targeted business trips abroad and participation in conferences and summits. “We have also slowed our recruitment advertisement – we used to be much more creative about presenting ourselves as employer,” said the company official.
