According to information on the market, the value of the transaction is to exceed €1 million, meaning that the entire company is valued at more than €4 mln.
Simionescu will finance the transaction partly with sales from his own portfolio and savings he has made in the past few years. “This is a transaction which was considered an option as early as two years ago, when Vienna International Holding acquired the company from Credit Europe Bank, so I had time to save money. I will use some of my personal portfolio as well. Eighty percent of my portfolio was never in the red,” Simionescu told Business Standard.
