Company representatives did not comment on the reasons for selling its share packages. Aerostar expects turnover worth RON 147.5 mln (some €40 mln) in 2008, 5.9 percent higher year-on-year.
SIF Moldova financial investment company and IAROM Bucharest own 11.2 percent and 71.01 percent of Aerostar Bacau, respectively. The Bacau company is one of the least liquid companies on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
