Octopus Garden will include 152 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with space ranging from 84-145 square meters. The finishing of the buildings will be premium, according to the company. Prices will begin at €1,290 per sqm.
“The work will be finalized by the end of 2009, when apartment owners, including members of our team, will be able to move in with no problem,” Apolodor General Manager, Radu Ouatu, said. (NewsIn)
