This will require the rehiring of 500 employees of the some 1,000 people with temporary employment contracts who were recently laid off. Moreover, a further 400 temporary employees will have their contracts extended.

Dacia is the only brand that met its Rable program quota, of 1,731 units, one week after the program was launched in Romania, while other dealers, who were given lower quotas, met half at most, company officials told the NewsIn agency.

This year’s Rabla program has three stages: to 29 May, from 1 June to 31 August, and from 1 September to 11 December. The total budget for this year amounts to RON 228 million, and RON 76 mln will be allocated for each stage.
