Asesoft lowers business target for 2008 by $10 million

“We initially estimated turnover worth €135 million (€106.8 mln) for this year, which would have meant a 30 percent increase on 2007. The current situation makes us lower targets to $125 million, leading to a 20 percent growth,” the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Razvan Ziemba, told Business Standard.

Furthermore, the company has conservative targets for next year. “For 2009, we expect to maintain the sales volume around $125-130 million. It depends a lot on exchange rate fluctuations,” Ziemba added.

In the first half of the year, the company posted $53.2 million (€42.1 mln), 32 percent higher than in H1 2007.
