The company’s General Manager, Iulian Stanciu, said advanced negotiations are ongoing with one IT company. “We have not yet closed the deal, worth over €1 million. We will make it public in two or three weeks,” he added.
Sources told Business Standard that two of the companies Asesoft is negotiating with are located in Bucharest.
The news comes just days after Asesoft Distribution finalized the takeover of 25 percent of Curiero, one of the country’s leading delivery companies.
Asesoft Distribution targets turnover worth €92 mln in 2008, some 30 percent higher year-on-year. The distribution company is part of the Asesoft group, with operations in several areas, including real estate and the wine industry.
