Astra Vagoane supplies rail cars worth €33 mln to CFR Calatori

The first five rail cars were put into circulation yesterday on 2 Intercity trains from Bucharest to Timisoara.  CFR plans to expand Intercity transportation by upgrading travel conditions. The rail cars can reach speeds of up to 160-200 km/h, and are equipped with air conditioning and passenger information equipment, meeting European transport standards.
