The project will cover 32,000 square meters and include 1,200 apartments. The investment amounts to €180 million. “We estimate that we will build the residential complex in four years,” said Libby Wiezman, Country Manager of Atlas Estates for Romania.
Atlas Estates acquired 40 percent of several pieces of land near Bucharest, for €8.6 mln, becoming sole owner. The land owned by the company in Romania was valuated at €31.6 mln at the end of 2007. Atlas Estates bought the Golden Tulip hotel for €12 mln.
