Aura Europe adds apartment building to its Nasaud Shopping Center

The company built Nasaud Shopping Center in 2006, following an investment worth €7 million. According to Aura President Joseph Saliat, the center’s value is €12 mln and will reach €25 mln after expansion. Nasaud Shopping Center is built on 5,500 square meters in Bucharest’s Rahova neighborhood.

Saliat said the company borrowed €19 million from Leumi Bank to finance the Green Hills residential project in the northeastern Romanian town of Piatra Neamt.
