Austrian IT company Raiffeisen Informatik to enter the Romanian market by purchasing IIRUC Service

The company angles to offer in Romania the same services it offers in Austria and other Central and East European countries. The company has a consistent expansion strategy and Romania is the first country in Eastern Europe where the company seeks to develop, manager of Raiffeisen Informatik, Wilfried Pruschac said.

IIRUC Service is the biggest provider of Client Management services in Romania. The company owns more than 60 work units countrywide. It is the sole company in Romania that offers Service Level Agreement contracts.

Raiffeisen Informatik has a market share of 11.1 percent and revenues of 412.06 million U.S. dollars. The company offers IT services for IT Operations, Out Sourcing, Client Management, Software Solutions and Output Services.
