Austrian owners change Romsys management

Meyringer took over the position from Florin Semen last December, following the acquisition by Vienna-based New Frontier Holding. “As of last Thursday [Ed. n. 6 March 2008], I am personally managing Romsys, as General Manager, and the contract with Mr. Semen ended by mutual consent,” according to a declaration for Business Standard by Meyringer.

Contacted by Business Standard, Florin Semen did not wish to comment on the information.

According to New Frontier Holding, Meyringer is responsible for technology, solutions, strategic partnerships and marketing for the group. He has a wealth of management experience in start-ups, especially in emerging markets, and extensive experience in professional services, advisory, and management services.

Romsys, founded in 1993 by Marius Cojanu, reported turnover in 2006 of €25.8 mln, down from net sales worth €31.6 mln in 2005.
