BBDO Group Romania to diversify and raise quality of services

Since the beginning of 2008, BBDO Group agencies Graffiti BBDO, Media Direction, Proximity and Plaeon Graffiti have taken on a series of new clients, including Blue Air, Mueller copper and brass product producer, Bayer and Berlin Chemie drug companies, and Vodafone mobile phone operator. 

Shareholder Dan Morar says the communication industry has one of the highest employee fluctuation levels. Also, since large media groups have their own development plans, a new human resource plan is needed.
