Due to the internal restructuring process, 1,500 employees have been transferred to new positions. “BCR’s internal employees will occupy part of the jobs for the maximum 50 units we will open in 2009,” Voinea added.
The company had a personnel turnover of approximately four percent, without including the present restructuring process. “The personnel turnover did not decline considering the difficult economic conditions we are now facing,” said the company official, adding that the lender’s training budget rose 50 percent year-on-year.
