Deputy Prime Minister Dan Nica declared, at the end of yesterday’s coalition session, that the anti-crisis plan includes “five-seven principal measures, which are distinguished by the novelty they introduce into the economy.” “The measures include the introduction of pre-financing, tax exemption for reinvested profit, and the means by which we manage to overcome bureaucratic obstacles and the cost to companies of such bureaucracy, by simplifying the Fiscal Code,” said Nica.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that there was no discussion yesterday regarding the introduction of new taxes.
On the other hand, coalition leaders also decided to finalize by the end of this month the payment of €2.1 billion in debts incurred during the mandate of former Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu’s government.
