“We made the promotions considering the excellent results registered by the company last year, the very important experience of the two new partners in key fields regarding the company’s long-term plans, and the way the two played an active role in the company’s vision and teamwork,” said Adrian Bulboaca, Managing Partner of Bulboaca & Asociatii.
Bulboaca added that it is company strategy to make promotions at the beginning of every year, depending on the achievements registered in the past 12 months. “We will continue the promotion policy at the beginning of 2010, using the same criteria,” said the company official.
The other three partners of the law firm are Corina Ionescu, Valentin Berea, and Bogdan George Bibicu. The company currently has 25 attorneys and a 15 person administrative staff.
Iulia Toth is specialized in corporate, labor and environmental law, while Stavaru is a specialist in corporate, energy, and insurance law. “Although the merger and acquisition market is estimated to register a significant drop, we consider that a series of strategic transactions will take place, especially since local entrepreneurs will have to attract strategic investors, to ensure the development of their business,” said Adrian Bulboaca.
