Bostina & Asociatii chosen to oversee Nuclearelectrica stock exchange listing

The law firm will oversee the drafting of selection documentation, the selection of the intermediary, and the negotiation of the intermediation contract. The project to list the nuclear energy company will be led by Olimp Barbulescu, SCA Bostina & Asociatii Senior Associate and Coordinator of the firm’s Capital Market Department.

Nuclearelectrica’s listing on BVB is part of Romania’s energy strategy for 2007-2013, approved last year by the government. BVB’s President Stere Farmache indicated in mid-June that Nuclearelectrica will not list on BVB this year, since the process has not begun, and the initial public offer (IPO) will take some 6-9 months.
