Businesspeople: The law on storing personal data can cause “permanent stress”

 

“Certainly, this law affects constitutional rights, but this is one of the legal constraints imposed by the EU,” Ovidiu Budusan, Partner in the Budusan Baldea law firm, told Business Standard.

Cristian Parvulescu, President of the Pro Democratia Association, said that this law is “a major setback in terms of citizen rights.”
