The stock of Broker Cluj (BRK on Bucharest Stock Exchange) was worth RON 2.5 (€0.73) per share at the closing of BVB’s session yesterday, 14 percent lower than the RON 2.73 (€0.8) per share that analysts had foreseen.
The brokerage company recently increased its share capital by RON 36.53 million (€10.7 mln), up to a total share capital of RON 94.79 mln (€27.87 mln), for a total of 189.58 million shares. The company plans a further share capital increase this December, the third in 2007 and the fourth since June 2006.
