CE Craiova could be privatized through a strategic investor

According to company sources, the privatization could begin with a capital increase, at which time new shares will be sold to investors. This would be followed by the sale of existing shares, until someone gains control of the complex.

The starting price for the auction will be set by an advisor. The General Manager of CE Craiova, Ion Dinulescu, has confirmed the information, saying this is only one of the possibilities and not a final decision.
