“When a business increases a lot, it needs to develop independently. There will be no changes in shareholders,” said Albarosa. Also, changes will not impact on the real estate company owned by the group in Romania.
Cefin Automotive includes a commercial vehicles division, which sells some 45 percent of Iveco trucks, Automotive division, which sells car parts, Euro Body - commercial vehicles car bodies, 4Bus - bus sales, Agroexpert - agriculture equipment and Cefin Systems - auto fleets management solutions.
According to the company’s estimates, Cefin Automotive’s turnover will reach €406 million this year, compared to €274.5 million last year. The company is also operating in Hungary and Bulgaria.
