Celco divides and consolidates business worth €40 mln

The business advance will receive a boost from sales at its new lime factory, to begin production in June.

DD Group will take over assets worth RON 60.9 million (€16.27 mln) of the total RON 110.1 mln (€29.42 mln) from Celco, the latter to continue to administer only the production of lime, ACC and adhesives.

Celco posted 8.8 percent turnover growth in 2007, to RON 93.4 million (€28.3 mln), and profit of RON 11.3 mln (€3.01 mln). Some 99 percent of turnover came from ACC sales.
