CFR Gevaro: €24 mln turnover in 2008

Bogdan Nastasescu, General Manager of Gevaro, told Business Standard that he estimates 2008 turnover to reach €23.5 mln.

CFR Gevaro had major demand its Austria route over the holidays, with 7 train cars travelling directly to Vienna. Also, as of May and until September, a Bucharest-Krakow route will be operational. CFR is in talks for a route to Split (Croatia). Some 25 percent of total turnover comes from the company’s international routes.
