Changes in Cosmote Romania’s management team

Mobile phone operator Cosmote Romania’s Sales & Customer Care Manager, Vassilis Trochalidis, could be the first member of the current management team to be replaced by the company’s new CEO, Stefanos Theocharopoulos.

Trochalidis has been part of Cosmote Romania’s management since 2005. He was assigned to Bucharest for a three-year term.

Cosmote Romania is part of Greek mobile operator Cosmote Group, owned by OTE Group. Romania’s largest fixed phone network, Romtelecom, is also controlled by OTE.

Theocharopoulos took office on January 22, after the dismissal of former CEO Nikolaos Tzolas.
