CNVM suspended Contor Arad’s IPO due to change in the prospectus

The National Securities Commission (CNVM) decided to suspend Contor Arad’s IPO, when the Pricewaterhouse Coopers auditor refused to include his audit reports on the Contor Group’s annual financial situation for the 2004-2006 period in the offer’s prospectus.

The auditor indicated that he was not involved in the drafting of the offer prospectus and cannot assume any responsibility in terms of possible investors who will take part in the public sales offer of Contor Arad shares.

CNVM decided to extend the IPO until 21 March. (NewsIn)
