COMCM Constanta capital could be raised by €5.62 mln

The share capital of construction company COMCM Constanta could be raised by €5.62 million, to €6.34 mln, when company shareholders meet on 22 April to re-discuss this decision.
SIF Transilvania, which has 56.4 percent of the company’s shares, and Constantin Fratila, with 40.42 percent of shares, decided on 17 January to increase the capital by €8.76 mln, to €9.29 mln. This decision was contested in court by several minority shareholders, who demanded the cancellation of General Shareholder Meeting (GSM) decisions, to be revoked in the April meeting.
The new rise is due to follow an accumulation of reserves worth €3.18 mln and an a cash inflow from shareholders worth €2.6 mln.
Furthermore, participants in the GSM meeting will discuss the transfer of shares from the electronic Rasdaq market to Bucharest Stock Exchange’s (BVB) Category II.
COMCM ended the year 2007 with income worth €15.2 mln, and net profit of €2.2. mln.
