Georg Kovacs, Managing Director of the EOS KSI Romanian receivable collection company, said that the firm will fill its vacancies this year by way of internal promotion, based on recommendations or participation in job fairs.  

“Every time we have a vacancy in the company, our employees are the first to know. We rely on internal promotion, both as a motivational method and a way of preserving the organizational culture,” said Kovacs. However, special jobs and top positions will be filled after consulting recruiting companies.

Loredana Vladareanu, Senior Advisor in the Hart Human Resource company, said that recruitment without consulting specialized advisors could work, but only for entry level or less specialized positions.  “Such methods are less expensive, but do not provide the quality of a recruitment project developed by a specialized company. The employer may hire someone who meets the job requirements, but does not understand the organization’s culture and values,” added Vladareanu.
