Companies see internal reorganization as a personnel deficit solution

Employee productivity is one of the most important issues for companies. “Due to the employee deficit, as well as competence and responsibility level of available resources on the local work market, employee productivity is an issue,” says Mircea Mateescu, Human Resources Manager at Danone Romania.

Simona Simion Popescu, Human Resources Manager at Xerox Romania, believes that the improvement of productivity could be a solution if internal resources are capable of better performance.
