One of the most popular solutions amid the financial crisis is resorting to collaborations with Authorized Individuals (AI), which saves companies almost half of their current employee related financial effort.

Employee-related costs are higher in Romania compared to other countries. Even foreign investors are surprised to find out that final costs reach €1,600 for a net salary of €1,000 after the payment of taxes, explained the Country Manager of the Grafton recruitment company, Florin Ochiana.

The Managing Partner of Lugera&Makler Romania, the country’s second-largest human resource company, Cristina Savuica, said that a contract with an AI requires only an invoice and it is easier to sign than a work contract.

A major problem for the state budget is the significant number of employees who do not declare their real salaries, according to the Managing Partner of the Biris Goran law firm, Gabriel Biris.
