Opened throughout the year, the hotel is considering an average occupancy rate of 42 percent, with a 95-100 percent peak on summer weekends, the company’s General Manager, Gheorghe Enciu, told Business Standard.
“During the summer season, for the four months, we are focusing on leisure tourism, and in the remaining eight months, revenues come from conferences, events, trainings, and meetings,” Enciu said.
Accommodation prices vary depending on the summer season, weekends or weekdays, and the duration of the trip. Thus, for a long-stay, discounts can amount to 15-20 percent, according to the official. “We made great efforts to be able to offer our clients a wide range of entertainment activities. The RON 1,000 price tag for a double room per night, does not only include the standard services corresponding to the number of stars, such as parking space, pool, and semi pension. Clients have free access to fashion shows that take place every Saturday and beach shows,” the General Manager told Business Standard.
