“I am surprised by this growth. As far as I know, the volume of construction grew slower, due to a lack of financing and delays of several projects, the General Manager of Con-A construction company, Mircea Bulboaca, said. The company, based in the central city of Sibiu, has an annual turnover worth some €60 million.
“Our results are the same as last year. I recently met [representatives of] major construction companies who said they had growth of between 5 and 10 percent,” Bulboaca told Business Standard.
Furthermore, the industrial segment registered a much lower advance, compared to that of real estate, according to Gabriel Ene, General Manager of Stizo group.
