The hotel chain is targeting turnover this year worth over €31 mln. Data offered by the company indicates that turnover in 2007 amounted to €26.8 mln.
Radu Enache recently announced his intention to open at least ten Hello Hotels. The businessman plans to sign several lease back contracts to finance the investment. The Ibis hotels in Bucharest and Constanta were lease backed. The procedure means that a leasing company buys the units, but does not own them, since the selling company will pay the installments.
