The listing, scheduled for next January, was postponed due to unfavorable market conditions. "This is not the best time for the stock exchange, so we decided to postpone the listing by one month," sources said.
The value of Contor Group's offer on BVB is estimated at some €4 million. In August, shareholders increased the company's share capital by some €3 mln, to prepare the BVB listing.
