Crocs considering Romania for the production of its footwear

Company officials declared that the move is part of plans to cut production costs, which will involve the layoff of 600 employees at its Canadian plant.

According to company representatives, its production will be moved to a country where costs are lower and capacity higher, such as Mexico, Brazil, China, Vietnam, Bosnia, Italy or Romania.
