“In 2008 we will develop several newer sectors, such as evaluation, residential and industrial,” said the company’s Managing Partner, Razvan Gheorghe.

Activ Consulting was founded in 1993. In December 2006, US company Cushman&Wakefield took it over in a transaction worth €2 mln. One year after the takeover the company’s turnover increased 50 percent, to €4.5 mln.

Cushman&Wakefield handled contracts in 2007 worth €200 mln, and evaluated properties worth €1.6 billion. The company is leader on the retail segment with a 40 percent market share.
