Landmark Management bought several assets of Aro Campulung for €16.5 million. Among acquired assets are the Aro plant, including a piece of land of 460,000 sqm, buildings of 167,000 sqm, a parking lot of 10,000 sqm, equipment and factory licences.
The company, controlled by businessman Nicolae Ratiu, recently rented a 16,000 sqm production hall to car parts producer Nobel Plastiques, a Dacia supplier.
