Dacia expecting turnover worth €2.6 billion

Losses registered following the April 2008 strike, worth €13 million, will be made up by the end of the year. Company representatives recently indicated that the new Sandero model will contribute to the 15-17 percent increase in sales worldwide, and to a 35 percent rise on the Romanian market.

Sandero is the fifth model developed by Renault and Dacia on the Logan platform. The company will launch an SUV in 2009, and will expand the production capacity to over 400,000 cars a year.
