Dell: Support services will sustain growth exceeding 50%

Dell’s main partners in Romania, who will supply support services, are Raiffeisen IT, which recently acquired Iiruc Service, Gemini, Lasting and Genesys.

“We are targeting minimum growth of 50 percent in Romania, in terms of delivered units, and support services will sustain this evolution,” said Mihai Guran, Dell Country Manager for Romania and Bulgaria.

The company’s main objective is to maintain a growth rhythm above that of the Romanian market, of 20-30 percent. Dell has a 9 percent market share in Romania, with 84,421 units sold.
